I have a one year old Shih tzu/ poodle who had a really bad experience as a puppy getting his first haircut (from a different groomer). Because of that, he is terrified to get his haircut now. When I spoke with the owner Brenda, and told her about my dogs fear of being groomed, she was very understanding and reassuring. She listened to what my concerns were and really made me feel cared for and put my worries to rest. When the mobile van pulled up in my driveway, I was really impressed at how it looked. It was decorated with bold, colorful logos and when I looked inside it was roomy and very clean with the right equipment. The groomer is wonderful!! My dog never looked and smelled so good!! She cut his hair exactly the way I wanted. She was very patient and caring toward my dog Cody. She knew about his past experience and really took her time with him. I really felt comfortable and knew he was in good hands. I can tell the groomer really cares about her dogs that she grooms. Brenda (the owner) even called me the next day to see how everything went and how the service was. Purely Paws Mobile Grooming really go beyond whats required of them to ensure customer satisfaction. They take the time to listen and you really feel cared for. If you have a nervous dog like mine, you will want to call Purely Paws because your pet will get excellent service and the one on one atmosphere makes it less stressful. I found purely paws on kijiji and thought I would give them a try. I have a very large great pyrenees/husky with a cotton-like undercoat. The groomer came to groom him. She was so friendly and sweet. She showed me the van and equipment that is used. My dog Bear looked fantastic afterwards, and smelled so clean. It was obvious he felt better and handsome. It is so much easier than taking my dog somewhere and having to go get him. I will be spreading the word and definitely calling them again.

I wanted to share a fabulous experience I had with Purely Paws Mobile Grooming.
I booked an appointment to have my dog groomed. As a busy family and working professional I have always found it inconvenient to find a day and time and then run around to bring the dog there and pick her up in between meetings and kids sporting events. I called, booked an appointment and was able to continue working the whole time. It was so convenient and the service was outstanding. I received great advice, care and an after service call from the owner to ensure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this service.
